Torchlight Infinite Dream Cloud Atlas

Dream Cloud Atlas

1. The Dream Cloud Atlas has many nodes, which can unlock or change features of the Twinightmare gameplay, or increase the rewards of this mode.

2. There are 2 types of nodes: inner nodes and outer nodes. For every inner node you activate, you must select 2 outer nodes to activate more inner nodes, and vice versa. The 2 initial inner nodes and the last 10 outer nodes are not subject to this restriction.

3. Each node has a corresponding Lotus Seed activation cost. Every time you pass a Sweet Dream’s test, the Lotus Seed Progress will be increased by 1. The progress will be displayed right below your current number of Lotus Seeds on the screen. When the progress is full, you will gain 1 Lotus Seed. Lotus Seed Progress will no longer be increased or displayed after you have gained enough Lotus Seeds to activate all the nodes.

4. Nodes can be reset at any time, as many times as you like. All Lotus Seeds will be returned to you when you reset the nodes.

5. You can enter the Cloud Atlas and adjust the nodes at any time through the Twinightmare screen or by talking to Daydreamer – Patty in the Town. Adjustments made to nodes will take effect after the next time a dream is reset.

Ah, the Dream Cloud Atlas in Torchlight Infinite! This exciting feature grants you control over the Twinightmare gameplay, allowing you to customize your experience and maximize your rewards. Let’s break down its key points:

1. Customization Options:

  • The Atlas offers numerous nodes, each unlocking or altering specific aspects of Twinightmare, such as enemy difficulty, encounter types, resource availability, and bonus rewards.

2. Node Types and Activation:

  • There are two types of nodes: inner and outer.
  • Activating an inner node requires selecting two outer nodes.
  • This "give-and-take" system fosters strategic choice and customization.

3. Lotus Seeds and Activation Cost:

  • Each node requires a specific Lotus Seed cost to activate.
  • You earn Lotus Seeds by completing Sweet Dreams, special challenges within Twinightmare.
  • Track your progress with the displayed Lotus Seed bar.

4. Resetting Nodes and Rewards:

  • You can freely reset the Atlas, regaining all spent Lotus Seeds.
  • This flexibility allows for experimentation and adapting your build/strategy.

5. Access and Activation:

  • You can access the Atlas anytime through the Twinightmare screen or Daydreamer-Patty in town.
  • Adjusted nodes take effect after the next dream reset, ensuring a smooth transition.

Tips for Utilizing the Dream Cloud Atlas:

  • Identify your goals: Decide what aspects of Twinightmare you want to prioritize, be it increased difficulty, specific loot drops, or bonus rewards.
  • Plan your path: Chart a course through the node network, strategically activating inner nodes while selecting complementary outer nodes to fulfill the activation requirements.
  • Don’t be afraid to adapt: Experiment with different node combinations and reset the Atlas if needed to tailor your experience to your current needs and interests.
  • Communicate with your party: If playing with others, discuss your desired Atlas customizations and coordinate node selections for a cohesive team experience.

The Dream Cloud Atlas offers a powerful tool to personalize your Twinightmare adventures. Use it wisely, unleash your strategic prowess, and conquer the ever-evolving challenges of this thrilling game mode!
