I need to ask Armen, at the Spring Refugee Outpost, where Thirain was.

Objective:

  1. Go to Armen at the Spring Refugee Outpost
  2. Ask Enang at the Helmon Castle Ruins about Thirain’s whereabouts
  3. Go to the Redhand Garrison
