The only use of Inflatable Decoy is to fake and distract enemies on the field. You can place it behind a cover, near a door, or in the sector to make sure that enemies will get fooled by it and get XP in return.
Shock Stick is the most effective way to get rid of an Inflatable Decoy, as it destroys the decoy immediately. Throwing the Shock Stick is also a safe way to counter the Inflatable Decoy, as enemy players nearby might also get caught up by the electricity.
