When building the best quickscope class, the loadout has to be suited for a run-and-gun setup which compliments the attachment setups of the SA-B 50 and SP-X 90.

Fielding a quickscope class will require the player to constantly move and reposition in the map. Equipping the Double Time perk and Ghost ultimate perk helps conceal the location of the player to avoid unfavored gunfights. Since it is a run-and-gun setup, having the Fast Hands bonus perk will be a plus as you will be continuously tracking enemy whereabouts.
If enemy players manage to inflict damage on you, make use of the Stim tactical equipment to recover or pull out the .50 GS if you have to change mags in the middle of a gunfight.
