How to Play
This loadout lets you take advantage of the FTAC Recon’s power as a mid-range weapon. You don’t want to be running around looking for enemies with this gun due to its low mag size and low fire rate. Instead, this loadout lets you stay in an area and act as overwatch for your team by holding your ground and eyeing enemy vantage points.
The Battle Hardened and Bomb Squad Base Perk combo will be important for withstanding enemies attacking your area with explosives. The Spotter and Birdseye perks further improve your position as team overwatch since you can identify where enemies are headed as well as any traps set nearby.
The attachment setup stabilizes your recoil at the cost of movement speed, but since you’ll be holding key areas of the map this won’t affect your gameplay much. The patience needed for this playstyle means you’ll want to use this on objective-based game modes like Domination and Hard Point, where you’ll have specific areas to patrol.
