  7. Go to Matriarch’s Office and talk to Nia

  9. Return to Shana
  10. – Shana
  11. Listen to Shana’s comforting words and /laugh.
  12. Talk to Shana

  14. Stroke Shana on the head.
  15. Talk to Shana
  16. – Shana
