There is some paperwork that needs to be done before I can join the Challenge Guardian Raid.
I should find a copy of the qualifications certificate application.
The application can be obtained from Raid Manager Seifeltz in the city.
NOTE: In Elgacia, I can visit the Adventurer Helper to check out Guardian Raids.

Objective:

  1. Talk to Seifeltz in the city
  2. Talk to NPC – NPC
  3. Sign the document
  4. Submit the document
