FFXIV Gil Farming 2023 - Fast FFXIV Gil Making 6.3

Final Fantasy XIV Gil, also refer as gold, is the standard currency in the game. You can make FFXIV Gil by killing monsters, doing missions, completing quests, guildleves, dungeons, as well as selling your items. Your total Gils are showed on the currency panel. Meanwhile, Gil can be traded with other FFXIV players via mail, Market board, or FC chest. In fact, FFXIV is never a pay-to-win game. Farming is the best way to obtain millions of Gil.

1. Sell Items for Gil

Selling all your unwanted items with other players and get a ton of Gil. The transfer limit is 10 million gil per character, 5 million gil per retainer. There are two ways to make a deal.

  • Face to face delivery. Request a friend request and make the transaction face to face.
  • Market Board. You list an item in the Market Board and set the correct price. Then, other players purchase the item and you get the Gil. You will lose 5% of your Gil for the transaction fee.

Keep Crafting And Gathering Classes Up-To-Date With Content. This may be the most important tip of all, as it can make all the difference to be ahead of the game. Any MMO will have many players affecting the economy, so those that are the highest level with the highest leveled gear will make the most bank when new content comes up with new items to craft, gather, and sell. In a sense, this is a simple gil farming strategy that does not require a lot of research. New things always sell for a high price with those who are the first to craft, gather, and sell it. This is especially true of gear, furniture, and the items required to make the new things.

2. Completing Quests

Doing regular quest, duties, and other activities, it will help you level your character, obtain items, get Gil. Players can start the Main Scenario Quest by finding an NPC with the distinct Main Scenario Quest icon above their head, or by looking through the Recommendations list to see what Duties are in the immediate vicinity.

Every Main Scenario Quest has a minimum level requirement. Some Main Scenario Quests require the player to simply speak with another NPC, while others require the player to complete a Dungeon, collect items, slay monsters, and more. Upon completion of the Main Scenario Quest, players have always rewarded Experience Points and Gil, with other items occasionally rewarded as well.

Each starting zone, Gridania, Ul'dah, and Limsa Lominsa, have separate main story quests for levels 1 to 15. After this, all classes share the same quests.

As with most MMOs, Final Fantasy 14 offers various tasks and challenges that reset daily or weekly, and both can be a great way of earning some extra Gil. Dailies include roulettes and beastmen quests, both of which can earn Gil as rewards, or materia.

Additionally, there is a weekly challenge log that can earn players some easy Gil just by ticking off various tasks. Some challenges are very easy to complete, such as playing some mini-games, while others are earned naturally just through playing.

3. FFXIV Gil Making Guide: Sell Popular Glamour Gear

Players in Final Fantasy 14 are always looking to really make their characters their own and stand out from the crowd. Much like real-world fashion, there are often trends in glamour gear too, especially when new items perfect for glamours are added. Those that want to make a lot of Gil should keep an eye out for updates that add new casual outfits that can be worn at any level.

These outfits often take high-level crafters, especially Weavers. It can be hard work, as ingredients can be rare drops from maps or need a high-level gatherer class. However, these kinds of gear, when still new and fresh to the game, can sell for millions.

4. Level a Gathering Profession

Gathering classes, also known as Disciples of the Land, harvest natural resources throughout Eorzea. For new beginners with a low level, gathering material and sell it is the best way to make Gil in FFXIV 6.2. You can start gathering with Miner, then Botanist, and finally Fisher. It cannot guarantee you become rich but is still a good deal.

Miners extract minerals from the rock faces of Eorzea. The raw ores and gemstones they acquire are utilized by the blacksmith, armorer, and goldsmith crafting classes. Botanists harvest resources from the plants and trees of Eorzea. They gather raw materials for various crafting classes such as carpenter, weaver, culinarian, and alchemist. Fishers harvest fish and other sea creatures from the waters of Eorzea, utilizing an assortment of fishing tackles to catch fish in various environments.

5. FFXIV Endwalker Gil Making Guide: Hunt And Sell Minions

Minions are a fan-favorite element of Final Fantasy 14, with many players trying to collect as many as possible. Minions are found in a variety of ways, such as dungeons, raids, crafting, gathering, and more. There are a fair few minions that are sellable on the market board, and many players earn Gil by seeing which minions are currently worth the most and then hunting them down to sell.

With each update, players can check if a new minion has been added and if it is sellable. If it is sellable and not so easy to obtain, then it can be worth farming certain dungeons to collect the minion to sell.

6. Best FF14 Gil Making Guide: Duty Roulettes

A slow way to make consistent Gil. Doing leveling roulettes will reward you a lot of Gil, as well as level your account. Run daily roulettes, get a cracked cluster, get and sell red grade VI materia. Especially as a PLD, WAR, or DRK.

The Duty Roulette offers a daily reward that gives the players a combination of experience, Grand Company Seals, Cracked Clusters, Mhachi Matter, and Gil, depending on the type of duty, your job depending on what is currently needed, and the level of the job when entering the queue. The type and number of Tomestones available for each roulette often change with new patch content.

Duty Roulettes can be a source of large sums of Gil if done religiously by players. Participating in randomized duties often yields Gil rewards ranging from 5,000 to 9,000. Meanwhile, randomized trials can reward gamers with up to 10,000 Gil, so players need to choose how they want to spend their time carefully.

For people to access Roulettes, gamers need to complete all the level 10 MSQ, which will allow players access to the Duty Finder. This feature is where adventurers can queue up with random people for Duty Roulettes. Ideally, players should always take up the "Adventurer in Need" bonus, which usually requires raiding as a support or a tank.

7. Flipping items through Market Board

“Buy low, sell high” is always the best way to make money. Look for the ‘weak’ items in Market Board and craft to add more value, then make more profit. A lot of players get a large number of Gil through this method, it may not suit beginners.

Flipping items is one of the most profitable things to do in this game. My only suggestion is to look at what sells the most frequently on your server. If you cared enough you could follow the markets and track prices for a while(aka longer than the market history price. Then try to figure out why the markets are high or figure out what markets should have value. Keeping track of which retainers you are splitting a market with and their selling habits. If you can match a retainer to a player, even better. I am trying to be as vague as possible but give some relevant info. Sorry.

8. Run Dungeons

Dungeons are the best place to obtain mendacity/poetics. You can then exchange for valuable crafting mats/grade III soil. It will help you craft high-end items and make FFXIV Gil.

Dungeons are instanced zones with powerful monsters and treasures, including a lot of Gil. Typically a dungeon will involve navigating through a zone filled with enemies, with intermittent boss enemies. Many dungeons require prerequisites to be fulfilled before they can be entered. In the event one or more members of the party have yet to clear the instance, all party members will receive a bonus upon completion.

Challenge Description EXP Reward Gil Reward

9. Gardening

Gardening takes time and money. If you have invested a house and have a lot of leisure time, you can grow a lot of plants. Certain items are incredibly valuable, such as Thavnairian Onion.

When plants have fully grown, players can harvest their crops to obtain produce. Plants may yield high-quality produce depending on how they were cultivated. It is a high profit for making Gil in 5.2.

10. Buy FFXIV Gil from seller

While farming Gil takes a lot of time, you can buy FFXIV Gil directly. You can purchase FFXIV Gold from below:

Additional rewards can be earned for the overall completion of the challenge log. Challenges can be performed on a weekly basis. Completion status is reset on a weekly basis on Tuesday at 1:00 a.m. (PDT).

Players can unlock the Challenge Log by completing the level 15 quest Rising to the Challenge. Players can start the quest by talking to I'tolwann in Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks (x11,y10). Earn And Sell Rewards From Wondrous Tails. Once players are level 60, they can speak with the NPC Unctuous Adventurer in Idyllshire (X:5.7, Y:6.1) and accept the quest "Keeping Up with the Aliapohs" to gain access to Wondrous Tails. The system has now been made even easier as rewards are no longer randomized each week and instead offer Certificate of Commendations of varying quality that players can exchange for prizes.

Each week, players can accept a new journal from Khloe in Idyllshire (X:5.7, Y:6.1) which offers a bingo-like system. Players complete trials, raids, and dungeons to earn seals and hope they score a line or two (or three). Certain rewards can be sold for a decent amount of Gil.

12. Quick Ventures

Quick ventures are not suitable for everyone. Someplace may have big fish. How many Gil you earned is just depending on your luck.

In Retainer Ventures, your retainer can perform a Quick venture after reaching level 10. It costs 2 Venture, takes 1 hour and rewards 1 Item. EXP awarded is based on the item acquired. The item acquired is influenced by the retainer's stat, gathering, and item level.

While it may not be as lucrative as the other activities, Ventures are one of the most consistent sources of Gil in the game. This feature allows players to send their retainers to complete various small quests without any Gil costs or energy consumption. Gamers only need to wait for their companions to return and turn in the rewards.

Venture is a passive way of income. Players do not need to do anything actively to get rewards from this activity. They only need to ensure that they have retainers at any given moment. As these units do more quests, they grow progressively more robust, enabling them to unlock Quick Explorations. These will allow them to do tasks at a much faster rate.

To start doing Ventures, players will need to unlock the feature by completing the main quests offered by the Scions of the Seventh Dawn at level 17. Once this is done, gamers can gear up their units for their future missions. However, players should note that sending retainers to do quests needs a currency known as "Venture." Fortunately, this token is very easy to acquire since it can be obtained by trading company seals after doing tribe quests and levemetes.

13. Doing Guildleve or Levequests

Guildleves or Levequests are repeatable quests players can perform to earn experience, Gil and items. Unlike regular quests, which can only be performed once per character, levequests can be performed again and again as long as the player has Leve allowances.

Guildleves can be completed individually or as a group. To start a Guildleve, talk to an NPC with <Levemete> under his or her name. After accepting it, Guildleve appears in your Journal. Players can initiate the levequest from their journal.

Players gain 3 Levequest allowances every 12 hours, earth time. Leve allowances stack up to 100.

14. Grand Company

Players usually have the demand for Glamour Prisms. You can get some levels in your Grand Company and Glamour Prisms. The profit is small, but little and little can accumulate to a big one.

Grand Companies are organizations that players will join at around level 20 by completing the main story quests. There are three grand companies, The Maelstrom from Limsa Lominsa, The Immortal Flames from Ul'dah, and The Order of the Twin Adder from Gridania.

Challenge Description Grand Company Seals Reward

15. FFXIV 6.2 Gil Making Guide: Join Map Parties

When you can gather maps yourself, join map parties, and sell the loot for FFXIV Gold. This does not need your much time if you are skilled with this method. The profit is awesome.

You find the spot by looking at the landmarks and finding it on the map. You dig once you're near the spot. Look carefully. Most common rules: Map owner Needs all loot (including all loot inside the canal). Other party members can only Greed it. Maps are done based on location to minimize travel time + cost. For example: do all the maps in Fringes, then Peaks, then Lochs, then Ruby Sea/Kugane areas.

If players get a map, it may be far better to keep rather than sell. This is especially true if the map is for high-level players. It can be a bit of a gamble, but lucky players can walk out of map dungeons with far more money than they spent on the map in the first place.

What is most recommended though, is to get maps through gathering classes or as a reward from Khloe's journals. That way, players don't even have to spend Gil for the map in the first place. So even if players get kicked out of a dungeon early, then there wasn't a great loss.

16. Unlock Beast Tribes

Beast Tribe Quests are daily quests that require the players to perform tasks dictated by various Beast Tribes. Players will not only earn experience, Gil, items, Tomestones, and ventures for completing these quests, they will also earn Reputation points. By increasing your reputation, you will gain access to the Beastmen tribe vendor which sells unique mounts, minions, furnishings, and other items.

Meanwhile, you can unlock Beast tribes for dyes, then exchange for hundreds of Gil. The dye is a type of material used to change the color of your armor.

Challenge Description Gil Reward
Beast of a Time I Complete 5 beast tribe daily quests. 1,000 gil
Beast of a Time II Complete 15 beast tribe daily quests. 2,000 gil

17. The Farming Cap of FFXIV Gil

The maximum number of FFXIV Gil that you can make and hold in your account is 999,999,999 Gil. Also, this is the FFXIV Gil cap that you can transfer to other players. For making more Gil than this number, it will be dropped.

18. Crafting Items with FFXIV Gil Bun

When you want to craft different type of meals, you will need Gil Bun. Culinarian uses it as a ingredient to craft items. This tiny round mushroom has a cap which resembles a coin, and is known for its rich flavor and pungent aroma. It can be gathered by botanists through harvesting. It is harvested from a level 20 node in Nine Ivies in East Shroud(Location: The Black Shroud, East Shroud, Lv. 20 Nine Ivies). Gil Bun is used in crafting the following items:

Title Recipe Level Item Level
AlchemistHi-Potion 25
AlchemistHi-Potion of Strength 33
CulinarianChicken and Mushrooms 20 19
CulinarianBaked Sole 30 29
CulinarianRaptor Stew 39 39

19. The Forbidden Land, Eureka Anemos

Sell Rewards From Eureka. The Forbidden Land, Eureka Anemos, is an instanced area that players can access once they have completed the level 70 quest "And We Shall Call It Eureka," given by Galiena at Rhalgr's Reach (X:9.8, Y:12.5). This instanced area is perfect for fans of Final Fantasy 11, as much of its content references Square Enix's previous MMO. There is a multitude of tasks that players can undertake in Eureka and plenty that offers rewards too. Some of these rewards are prime profit-makers when put on the market board, such as the Final Fantasy 11-themed minions that can be earned from the FATEs in Eureka.

Access Eureka upon completion of And We Shall Call It Eureka (Rhalgr's Reach via Galiena). While technically an instance, it has a few unique rules on entering. First off, you enter by talking to Rodney rather than via the duty finder, and you can enter solo without a queue and find other players inside. In many ways, it is like an open zone, just one that allows you to meet people across the whole data center and with a 3-hour timer.

On your first trip inside you'll be treated to a minor quest, talking to various folks around Port Surgate to get introduced to the various facilities. Once that's done and you have your first piece of magicite, you just need to allocate it and you'll be ready to go.

20. Guildhest

Guildhests are instanced group quests, usually involves a mini-dungeon or boss fight, that players can complete for experience and gil. Guildhests are designed to teach players basic group mechanics that will be needed later on during Dungeons and Trials. Initial Guildhests are quite easy, they become difficult as players level up and delve deeper. After completing at least one Guildleve, you can then talk to a Battlewarden to unlock Guildhests. To unlock new Guildhests, you must be at the required level and have completed all the previous Guildhests.

Players can complete these events for the experience, gil, and Grand Company seals. Occasionally players will also receive items for successful completion of a FATE at a gold medal.

To locate a FATE, look for FATE indicators that randomly appear on your map. To join a FATE, simply enter the FATE radius (blue circle) on your mini-map and attempt to complete the FATE objectives. There are no limits to the number of players that can participate in a FATE at a time. If the player's level is too high, they will be asked to level sync down. FATEs can be completed by finishing the on-screen objectives within the time limit. Players are rewarded with experience and gil when a FATE is completed.

The 8 Disciples of the Hand classes are Carpenter, Blacksmith, Armorer, Goldsmith, Leatherworker, Weaver, Alchemist, and Culinarian.

To become a Disciple of the Hand, players require at least one level 10 Disciple of War or Magic. If eligible, visit the guild associated with the desired craft to begin your very first job quest.

Players can decipher these maps to receive a location where the treasure can be found. After arriving at the correct location, players will have to defeat one or several monsters guarding the treasure before it can be opened. The maps come in 8 grades, grade 8 being the hardest, and giving the greatest rewards.

Players will be free to examine the treasure chest after defeating the abovementioned enemy. All party members will receive rewards such as EXP, gil, Allagan tomestones of philosophy and mythology, minions, aetherial gear, crafting ingredients (including HQ), housing materials, medicine, and elemental shards. The contents of the treasure chest will vary depending on the type of treasure map.

Gil and Allagan tomestones will be distributed evenly between party members.

26. Best FFXIV Gil Farming Guide 2022: Collect Unlockable Crafting Recipes

No player has access to all crafting recipes unless they collect Master Recipes. These can be obtained once players reach level 50 and complete the quest Just Tooling Around in Mor Dhona, which can be picked up by Guiding Star (X: 21.9, Y: 6.9). There are three types of Master Recipe Tomes that can be unlocked: Crafting, Demimateria, and Glamours. Being able to buy all of them and use them requires the player to be at the highest level.

Having these recipes and selling the items made from them gives players an edge, as not every other player may be interested in unlocking these recipes. However, they do require crafting and gathering scripts to purchase.

27. Gathering

Since crafting trade skills are an excellent way to earn money, selling materials needed for creating items is also a worthwhile venture. While all crafting ingredients can be gathered by anyone, many crafters find collecting too time-consuming and tedious for their limited playtime. This is why people with experience in the Disciples of the Land come in.

Tradeskills involved in gathering supply the market with raw materials that many crafters use for their workshops. That is why many players would say it is ideal for Disciples of the Hand to at least have some experience in the Disciples of the Land so that they won't have to buy all the time. There are four different gathering life skills in FFXIV, which are:

  • Miner
  • Botanist
  • Fisher

Mining and Botany mainly supply the items needed to create furniture and objects. Meanwhile, fishing and botany gather ingredients required for crafting consumables and other related equipment. Both of these three disciplines are profitable. However, they are not as lucrative as Disciples of the Hand activities, so it is ideal for gatherers to dabble with crafting.

How to buy FFXIV Gil?

There are 4 ways for purchasing FFXIV Gold. However, the first one is the best and most recommended.

  1. Face to face delivery. Choose the server and the amount of Gils at PVPBank, and pay the order. Then login your character, PVPBank will request a friend request. The transaction will be delivered face to face. I recommend to use this method. It is the legit and most safe method. Direct mail trade guarantees your account never be scammed or banned.
  2. Market Board. You list an item in the Market Board and set the correct price. Then, PVPBank purchase the item with the gil that you have bought in their website.  You will lose 5% of your Gil for the transaction fee. Note: pleases do not put item in the Ishgard City MB, because of require premium account.
  3. FC Chest. If you have owned FC master, you can using it. The seller deposit your ordered gold in your FC Chest. It is suggested buy 100M+ Gold.
  4. Buy FFXIV Items directly. Instead of buying gils, you can purchase items from PVPBank directly. The seller offers best price for gold, items, PowerLeveling, as well as FFXIV class Package.

IGGM is the best place to buy FFXIV Gil, 6% off coupon: vhpg. While Gil is the main currency in Final Fantasy 14, it is difficult to find a safe site to purchase cheap Gil. Mulefactory, which is established over ten years and have offered currencies to over 500,000 customers, is the best FFXIV Gil site.
