Armour: 1070 72% increased Armour Recover 3% of Life on Kill 39% increased Stun and Block Recovery +858 to maximum Life if there are no Life Modifiers on other Equipped Items Flavour Text: The world will end in a divine stomach, once Kitava has eaten all that lives.

As you can see, it grants an immense amount of life to a single item. Providing you don't have any life on any other pieces of your equipment. While it's just tricky to accomplish, it also frees up all those other potential life slots to be something else that benefits your build, making it pure upside.

How to get it?

• Trial of the Ancestors league content. You can earn it by defeating the Kitava tribe.
• Kitava's Hunger has restrictions on where or how it can drop. It cannot be chanced.
