Summoning Lord Zir:
Once you have the nine vials, head to The Ancient’s Seat dungeon in the Fractured Peaks.
Locate the Blood Altar within the dungeon and place all nine vials on it.
This will unlock the entrance to Lord Zir’s lair, where you’ll face a challenging multi-phase battle against the Blood Lord and his minions.
