The Ritual Scarab of Recognition has been renamed to Ritual Scarab of Wisps. It no longer provides "Unique Enemies slain at Ritual Altars in Area grant 200% more Tribute". It instead provides "Ritual Altars in Area spawn a Wildwood Wisp" and "Wildwood Wisps grant 50% increased Tribute Gained to nearby Players".
