The Reliquary Scarab of Overlords has been renamed to Titanic Scarab of Treasures. It no longer causes Unique Monsters in Area to drop an additional Unique Item. Instead, it now causes Unique Monsters in Area to have 2 additional Rewards, and 30% increased Toughness.
