The Incarnation of Agony is a unique monster found in the Viridian Wildwood. It appears randomly and is based on the boss of Crimson Temple Map.
It uses teleports when hit, triggering its Death Pulse skill, and uses a screech to Unnerve enemies. Being near this enemy inflicts stacks of Aura of Death, dealing damage over time of every damage type and preventing recovery. Warped Timepiece can be used to cause Aura of Death to expire quickly to prevent it from stacking.
When killed, it drops several unique items.
