The Cavern of Wrath has a waypoint (known as Merveil’s Caverns in the UI) and is connected to The Ship Graveyard and The Cavern of Anger.

The Cavern of Anger has no waypoint and is connected to The Cavern of Wrath.

Entering The Cavern of Wrath starts the quest The Siren’s Cadence, and Nessa will give you a support gem to help kill Merveil.

The layout of The Cavern of Anger is similar to the Cavern of Wrath, with a maze leading to Merveil’s lair in the upper right corner of the map.

Talk to Nessa to start the quest after entering The Cavern of Wrath or after encountering Nessa.

Kill Merveil, the Siren, in the Cavern of Anger. You can also talk to Nessa in town for help with the battle.

If you haven’t encountered Merveil you can claim the quest reward now to assist you with the battle.

Kill Merveil

You have killed Merveil. Find the exit in her lair to enter the forest.

You have slain Merveil. You are able to travel to Act 2 now.

The reward can be received as soon as the quest starts.
