Skull and Bones How To Fast Travel

While Skull and Bones allows sailing the vast open world, it also offers a fast travel option to quickly reach specific locations. Here’s how to use it:

Requirements:

  • Unlocked Outpost: You can only fast travel between Outposts that you have previously visited. While sailing past an Outpost reveals its name on the map, you need to physically dock there to unlock it for fast travel.
  • Docked at an Outpost or Den: You can initiate fast travel only when your ship is docked at an Outpost or Den (smaller settlements with limited services).

Methods:

1. Using the Map:

  1. Open the in-game map.
  2. Hover over the desired Outpost you want to fast travel to.
  3. If the Outpost is unlocked, a fast travel option will appear at the bottom of its information box.
  4. Click or press the button indicated by the option to initiate the fast travel.

2. Using the Ship Menu:

  1. Board your ship and access the ship menu (usually by pressing a specific button).
  2. Look for the "Fast Travel" option, typically located near the top of the menu.
  3. A list of unlocked Outposts will appear.
  4. Select the desired Outpost to initiate fast travel.

Important Notes:

  • Fast travel consumes Silver, the in-game currency, with the cost increasing based on the distance between your current location and the chosen Outpost.
  • While fast travel is convenient, it doesn’t allow you to access specific points of interest within the map, only Outposts and Dens.
  • Enemy encounters are avoided during fast travel, making it a safer alternative to sailing long distances.

By following these steps and understanding the limitations, you can effectively utilize fast travel in Skull and Bones to navigate the world efficiently and focus on your objectives.
