Rehan: Anger Build – Flame Slash – Torchlight Infinite

■ Role & Direction

Once Rehan’s Anger Trait is selected, performing melee attacks and taking damage generate Anger. Anger increases Rehan’s attack speed and allows him to go Berserk, making melee skills the best choice for Rehan.

■ Build Guideline

Flame Slash is Rehan’s initial skill, and its core mechanic is relying on skill radius to determine the number of Flame Slashes. Thus, skill radius is a very important affix for Flame Slash.

Flame Slash’s attacks can hit the same enemy multiple times. The closer an enemy is to Rehan, the higher the likelihood that the enemy is hit by multiple Flame Slashes. So, combining Flame Slash with the reversed knockback mechanism will push enemies closer to Rehan and increase the damage they take.

 

■ Skill Combination

Main Skills: Flame Slash + Steamroll + Raging Slash + Melee Knockback + Added Fire Damage + Elemental Fusion + Fire Explosion

– Use a combination of Melee Knockback and the Gravity Core Talent to reversely knockback and push enemies closer to your Rehan, thereby increasing the fire damage they take.

Other Active Skills: Life Source, Leap Attack, Bull’s Rage, and Bloodthirst

God of Might’s Core Talent: Burnout + Fueling

– Fueling negates the negative effects of Burnout.

Minor and Medium Node Selection: Attack Damage, Fire Damage, Attack Speed, Life, Critical Strike Rating, and Critical Strike Damage

Warlord’s Core Talent: Wildfire + True Flame

– True Flame is quite effective at clearing the map.

Ranger’s Core Talent: Gravity + Pressing

– Use a combination of Melee Knockback and the Gravity Core Talent to reversely knockback and push enemies closer to your Rehan, thereby increasing the fire damage they take.

Early Game Legendary Gears: Searing Phalanx (Lv. 49 Ring), Pentacle Astrolabe (Lv. 42 Necklace), Boom Gloves (Lv. 38 Gloves), and Sinfire Shoes (Lv. 36 DEX Boots)

– Try to get a Pentacle Astrolabe with an Attack Damage affix.

Late Game Legendary Gears: Sunset Ripples (Lv. 48 Necklace), Embrace of Mist (Lv. 55 Belt), Heart of Demonslayer (Lv. 55 STR Gloves), and Armor of Devourer (Lv. 66 STR Chest Armor)

– This set greatly increases Skill Radius.
