PoE Tinctures 3.25 — List of Path of Exile Tinctures
In the latest 3.25 update of Path of Exile (PoE), a new mechanic known as Tinctures has been introduced into the core game. Tinctures bring an innovative twist to gameplay, offering players a new form of temporary buff that enhances melee attacks but comes with a unique drawback: Mana Burn.
Tinctures have been added to the core game, with adjusted mechanics. You can place a Tincture in one of your Belt slots instead of a Flask. While a Tincture is active it grants you a powerful buff to your melee attacks, but inflicts Mana Burn on you, draining your mana at an increasing rate the longer the Tincture has been active. The Tincture can be manually deactivated, or will automatically deactivate when you run out of mana.
You can inherently only have one Tincture active at a time. Tinctures also have a cooldown, so once you have deactivated one, no Tincture can be activated for a time. Like Flasks, Tinctures can be Magic or Unique but not Rare.
NPCs in towns may now have Tinctures available to purchase.
Added a new Bloodsoaked Blade Keystone Passive Skill to the south-east of the Duelist’s starting location. Bloodsoaked Blade causes Tinctures to inflict Weeping Wounds instead of Mana Burn, draining your life instead of your mana.
A new Nature’s Concoction cluster has been added to the south of the Ranger’s starting location. Nature’s Concoction provides “Flasks adjacent to applied Tincture gain 2 charges when you Hit an Enemy with a Weapon, no more than once every second”.
A new Perfected Formula cluster has been added to the south-east of the Ranger’s starting location. Perfected Formula provides 15% chance for Tincture to not inflict Mana Burn and causes Tinctures applied to you to have 10% reduced Mana Burn rate.
A new Practised Reapplication cluster has been added to the east of the Ranger’s starting location. Practised Reapplication provides 25% increased Tincture Cooldown Recovery Rate.
A new Colloidal Mixture cluster has been added to the north-east of the Ranger’s starting location. Colloidal Mixture causes Tinctures applied to you to have 15% increased Effect, and 15% increased Effect if you’ve used a Life Flask Recently.
A new Burst of Energy cluster has been added to the north-east of the Ranger’s starting location. Burst of Energy causes you to Recover 15% of Mana when you activate a Tincture.

By balancing the powerful buffs against the drawback of Mana Burn, players are encouraged to think critically about when and how to use Tinctures effectively. With new passive skill clusters and masteries to support this mechanic, Tinctures offer exciting new possibilities for customizing your character’s playstyle in Path of Exile.
