PoE Skill Point Quests Passive List & Quest Rewards 3.24

Characters can accrue 99 passive skill points from levels, 22 or 24 skill points from quests (depending on the choices a player makes in the quest Deal with the Bandits), and 20 skill refund points from quests.

Several quests in the storyline reward characters with points to spend on the passive tree. There are 22-24 total, depending on your choices during the Bandit quest.

Several quests in the storyline reward characters with passive refund points (or known as passive skill respec point) which allows the character to deallocate passive points in a similar fashion to Orb of Regret.

Quest Reward Changes 3.24 - Path of Exile: Necropolis

Sacred Wisp Support is now offered to the Witch for completing Sharp and Cruel, and can be purchased from Yeena by the Templar, Shadow, Ranger, and Scion.
Automation is now purchasable from Clarissa by all classes for completing Lost in Love.
Call to Arms is now purchasable from Clarissa by the Marauder, Duelist, Templar and Scion for completing Lost in Love.

Quest Rewards

Where to find quest rewards:

Unleveled quest reward gems: Siosa in Act 2 sells all unleveled quest reward gems for any class.
Leveled quest reward gems: Several vendors, like Nessa in Act 3 and Lilly Roth, sell leveled quest reward gems specific to their wares (e.g., jewelry vendor sells leveled flask gems).
Other rewards: Received directly upon completing relevant quests.
