The Harbinger Scarab of Discernment has been renamed to Harbinger Scarab of Obelisks. It no longer causes Harbingers in an area to drop rarer currency shards, or to drop a single type of currency shard. Instead, it now causes Harbingers in Area to spawn Empowered Obelisks, and Empowered Obelisks drop Currency Shards when Defeated.
