Cast Time: 0.70 sec. Critical Strike Chance: 5.00%. Effectiveness of Added Damage: 90%. Radius: 16. Deals (1–51) to (19–965) Lightning Damage +(0–4) to radius Can queue up to 50 uses (30–49)% reduced Duration Place into an item socket of the right colour to gain this skill.
