Paralysing Touch Icon Paralysing Touch You are slowed. This debuff is removed when you stop being Delirious.

  • -6% action speed
Wasting Touch Icon Wasting Touch You have reduced Life and Energy Shield Recovery Rate. This debuff is removed when you stop being Delirious.

  • -9% life recovery rate
  • -9% energy shield recovery rate

2. Paralysing Touch

Paralysing Touch is a timed debuff that caused by monster with Delirium modifier of the same name. It slow the player character action speed.

  • Delirium modifiers are now applied on a per-pack basis. This means that a given pack of monsters will only have a single Delirium modifier, rather than potentially having a variety of different modifiers.
  • Significantly reduced the chance of Delirium modifiers appearing on monsters.

3. Embrace Madness Skill

Embrace Madness is a skill granted by Beacon of Madness Beacon of Madness. It grants Glorious Madness. Using this skill again will remove Glorious Madness and the Touched Debuffs it inflicts, but you will be unable to Embrace Madness again until the cooldown expires.

The touched debuffs are Diluting Touch, Eroding Touch, Paralysing Touch, Wasting Touch. Debuffs inflicted by Glorious Madness have a duration of 20 seconds, which is refreshed each time a stack is added, or would be added while the debuff is at maximum stacks. These debuffs can stack up to ten times.
