 In order to march on to Luterra Castle, Thirain prepared to send a declaration to all factions across Luterra.
However, because the regent’s surprise attack had put the fortress in chaos, Thirain is looking for someone reliable to deliver his message.
I should help Thirain send his declaration across all of Luterra.

Objective:

  1. Talk to Thirain
  2. Find Messenger Pigeon Wrangler Herod
  3. Collect Crystal Water
  4. Deliver Crystal Water to Herod
  5. Open the cage door
  6. Speak with Herod
