Hyperboreus is a unique Leather Belt. The belt has a random veiled suffix modifier that can be unveiled by Jun, Veiled Master.

Note that the Cooldown Recovery Rate veiled (non-hybrid) mod is in the same mod group as another mod of the item, Focus has (30-50)% increased Cooldown Recovery Rate, so that the veiled modifier may not able to spawn.
