PoE 3.19 added six new Grand Spectrum jewels. Grand Spectrum is the name shared by nine different unique jewels that each grant scaling bonuses based on the number of jewels called ‘Grand Spectrum’ placed into jewel sockets on the character’s passive skill tree.

Jewel limit: A character can’t have more than three ‘Grand Spectrum’ jewels socketed. This limit is shared across all ‘Grand Spectrum’ jewels. For example, if a character has 3 Cobalt Grand Spectrum jewels socketed in their passive tree, they cannot use any Viridian or Crimson Grand Spectrum jewels.
The total magnitude Mt of the bonuses granted by socketed Grand Spectrum jewels of type t is:
Mt = bt × nt × g
For example: if plaer has 1× Grand Spectrum(Cobalt Jewel, crit chance) and 2× Grand Spectrum (Viridian Jewel, elemental damage). This would result in:

Resistances affect the amount of damage taken of specific damage types when all avoidance forms have failed. Enemies can also have resistances, which are indicated beneath their life bar. Each damage type except physical has its own resistance value which is viewable on the Defence tab in the Character panel (default hotkey C). Physical damage is mitigated by armour.
Chaos damage is not elemental, thus “+% to all Elemental Resistances” does not affect chaos, but “+% to all maximum Resistances” does. Chaos resistance can be modified by items and passive skills. The Keystone passive skill Chaos Inoculation grants total immunity to Chaos damage.
Maximum resistances are hard capped at 90%.
Negative resistances are hard capped at -200%.
