    This is another Unique that affects Resource on the Core skill. In this case, each consecutive Core skill cast reduces the Resource cost of the next Core Skill cast, up to a set maximum. The key word here is "consecutive" -- one Core skill cast must follow directly on the heels of another for this item to work. If you cast something other than a Core Skill after the first, this effect won't fire.

    Ring of the Starless Skies also increases Critical Strike Chance and Damage, Lucky Hit Chance, and damage of a randomly-selected skill for your class.

    Cold Resistance
