Aside from Enigma, what items give me the teleport ability?
Teleportation is a suffix that can appear on Magic and Rare Items. It provides charges of the skill Teleport.
It can start spawning on items at Item Level 24, but will not be able to spawn on all items until level 48.

So what items give teleport?
Enigma runeword (Jah Ith Ber in armors) gives +1 Teleport to any class.
Spellsteel and Naj’s staff give Teleport charges.
There is a possibility of Teleport charges spawning on Amulets.
circlets can have teleport charges. Magic/rare staves as well.
