When you advance the week and return to the screen, you’ll learn whether or not the coach accepted your offer. If they accept, they will officially join your program after the National Championship game when all coaching moves are processed. If they decline, you’ll have another chance to make an offer to a different candidate during the next week of the carousel.
The coaching carousel is competitive. If your target coordinator is being pursued by other schools, you might lose out on them, which can be a blow to your coaching plans.
