  • Adds 310-330 to 370-390 Physical Damage
  • (12–16)% increased Attack Speed
  • 25% chance to cause Bleeding on Hit
  • +10 to Weapon Range
  • +30% to Quality of Socketed Support Gems
  • (Affects Melee Strikes, including the Default Attack. Does not apply to Areas of Effect)
  • (Bleeding deals Physical Damage over time, based on the base Physical Damage of the Skill. Damage is higher while moving)

PoE 3.20: The Atziri's Disfavour Unique Axe no longer has +2 to Level of Socketed Support Gems, existing versions of this Unique are unaffected. It now has "Adds 310-330 to 370-390 Physical Damage" (previously 205-220 to 250-270), and +10 to Weapon Range (previously +2). Existing versions of this Unique can be updated to the new values using a Divine Orb. New versions of this Unique now have +30% to Quality of Socketed Support Gems.

Atziri's Disfavour has restrictions on where or how it can drop. It cannot be chanced. This item can be acquired from Atziri, Queen of the Vaal in The Apex of Sacrifice or the Throne of Atziri[confirmation needed] room in The Temple of Atzoatl.
