Activate an Aura Skill Gem is a Path of Exile: Expedition challenge.
Auras are the persistent areas of effect skills that surround a person or creature with some radius and grant their effects to allies and/or enemies within that radius (the aura's area of effect). This mechanic is widely used throughout the game.

Being a subset of the buff/debuff systems, auras inherit all characteristics from them and are affected by buff modifiers. They can be temporary or permanent, positive or negative, and so on. Auras can only update their affected targets every 250ms.
Precision is an aura skill gem that adds accuracy and critical strike chance to the caster and nearby allies.
